TD VICTORIA INTERNATIONAL JAZZFEST

June 22, 2012 - July 1, 2012

For Canadian artists/bands wanting to apply for Canada Council tour funding support  for the 2012 festival, the deadline for submissions is October 22, 2011 (Please specify in submission information that you are applying for Canada Council funding).

If you are not applying for Canada Council funding, (ie. other Canadian/foreign artists), the deadline for submissions is January 31, 2012. Submission deadline for local artists/bands ( local includes all of BC) is February 15, 2012.

BLUES BASH 2012

September 1 - 3, 2012 Submission deadline for the 2012 festival is May 15, 2012.

YEAR ROUND CONCERT SEASON 

(mid September - mid April)

Submission must be made a minimum of 90 days before intended date of performance. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the Victoria Jazz Society at 250-388-4423 or info@jazzvictoria.ca.

 If you are an artist/band interested in performing for the Victoria Jazz Society, we require you to make a submission which includes the following information:

• Band Name
• All band members and their instruments
• Contact name for booking of artist/band
• Booking/Management Agency (if applicable)
• Full mailing address, phone/cell phone numbers and fax number
• Email address, website and press kit including CD

PLEASE....NO ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS, ONLY HARD COPY SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
