Friday, June 30 | Bullen Park (Esquimalt) | 2:30
Blasé Blasé, “the band so nice they named it twice”, is an eclectic group from Victoria that blends elements of jazz, funk and conscious hip-hop. Their sound ranges from high-energy funk/disco songs that get the dance floor moving, to slower, soulful jazzy tunes reminiscent of The Roots, Erykah Badu, and Mac Miller. Blasé Blasé has hit the ground running, steadily making a name for themselves on Vancouver Island and the mainland. This talented crew of misfits is making waves with their unique brand of genre-bending music. Daniela Jackson vocals, Tejas Collison bass, Gavin Rose drums, Guillaume Richards guitar, Jesus Estevez vocals/keyboards, Isaac Kwiatkowski saxophone, Shane Blaq vocals
Free to attend at Bullen Park, Esquimalt on Friday, June 30.
