Over the last decade, The Heavyweights Brass Band have shared stages with Trombone Shorty, The Roots, Galactic, and The Soul Rebels, as well as many others. With a unique style that never fails to move audiences, they create alchemy of universal appeal that has earned them loyal fans across all genres. Their third album, This City, was recorded in New Orleans and features an abundance of perennial Heavyweights collaborators: Joe Lastie (Preservation Hall), Ashlin Parker (Trumpet Mafia), Eugene Grant, Roger Lewis (Dirty Dozen Brass Band), Marla Dixon (Shotgun Jazz Band) and more.
