TD Victoria JazzFest will take place on June 20 – 29
All ticket purchases are final sale, we do not issue refunds or exchanges. TD JazzFest takes place rain or shine
Please reach out to us at info@jazzvictoria.ca with any questions & requests about venue accessibility!
If you have lost something at the festival, there’s two steps you can take:
1. You can find a security staff member and inquire about your missing item
2. You can let us know by contacting our office at 250-388-4423
TD JazzFest will hold onto all Lost & Found items for a maximum of 30 days after the festival, after which the unclaimed items will be donated
If you’ve found something, please take it to the nearest security staff on-site

Yes, you can leave and re-enter the festival site.
Yes, people in wheelchairs can access the site’s public areas!
Yes, children 12 years or younger will be admitted into a TD Main Stage ticketed performance for free if accompanied by a ticket-bearing adult.
There will be bleachers, and due to the open license, there will also be tables and chairs scattered around the site. We encourage you to bring your lawn chairs!
TD JazzFest will happen, rain or shine!
We encourage folks to check the weather before heading to the festival and to plan accordingly.
