Bassist and vocalist Kristin Korb is celebrated worldwide for redefining the bass-and-voice format. A protégé of the legendary Ray Brown, Korb has sustained a three-decade international career spanning the United States and Europe. With more than a dozen albums as leader, including Sweet Dreams (2024) where she celebrates all things Eurythmics and Annie Lennox, she has performed on countless additional recordings. Korb’s buoyant swing feel and crystalline vocals recall Ella Fitzgerald while her bass virtuosity stands firmly in the Ray Brown tradition.
