Q: What can I bring to Ship Point for the BC Smoke Shop Harbour Blues ‘n Roots Festival?

A:

  1. Lawn Chairs
  2. Sunscreen
  3. Water bottles
  4. Small sun shelters (for infants)
  5. Dancing shoes

Q: What am I NOT allowed to bring to Ship Point for the BC Smoke Shop Harbour Blues ‘n Roots Festival?

A:

  1. Animals (With the exception of registered service animals)
  2. Large sun shelters
  3. Outside alcohol
  4. Professional recording equipment (unless previously authorized by festival)

Q: Is it an open site license for drinking alcohol at Ship Point?

A: Yes! You can drink alcohol from our beer garden anywhere within the openly licensed site.

Q: Is the Ship Point site accessible wheelchair accessible?

A: Yes, people in wheelchairs will be able to access the public areas of the site.

Q: Can my child who is 12 years old get in to a ticketed performance at Ship Point for free?

A: Yes, children 12 years or younger will be admitted into a Ship Point ticketed performance for free if accompanied by a ticket-bearing adult.

Q: I am eighteen years old, can I see one of the ticketed performances at Hermann’s Upstairs?

A: No. Hermann’s Upstairs has a NO MINORS policy and thus it is a 19+ venue.

Q: Is there seating at the Ship Point venue?

A: There will be bleachers, and due to the open license, there will also be tables and chairs scattered around the site. We encourage you to bring your own lawn chairs!
