Pianist, composer, and music teacher Pablo Cardenas play in a multitude of styles, each with enthusiasm, skill, and finesse. He has charisma and charm that both intrigues and entertains his audience, and as well, over 15 years of experience teaching and performing internationally. One of the best Cuban pianists of his generation, his versatility and high technical preparation make his music rich and full of different influences from Afro-Cuban and Latin jazz, to fusion, modern jazz, classical and more. The West Coast Cuban Orchestra will perform a mix of the best contemporary and traditional Cuban music. This project was created in 2011 by Cardenas to keep the Cuban music roots alive, while adding the influence of modern musical tendencies.
